Veterinary systemsthat keep evolvingafter the contract is signed.

Medicine Vet Technologies. We know the veterinary market from the inside, we help you see the solution before you commission it, and we build it to change as your work changes.

Scroll, and try moving the pointer through the QScroll, and drag a finger across the Q

We help you see the solution, then we build it, and then we keep building it.

We know the market

Our founder is a practising equine specialist, an examiner and a specialist board's director of education. The systems we build are the ones those roles needed and could not buy.

We see the solution

The first conversation is about what the problem actually is, not what software it wants. We draw the shape of a solution you recognise as your own before a line of code exists.

We build it to evolve

Open data models, standard formats, self-hosted foundations. Every system is designed so that the next request is a small change, not a fresh contract.

Five platforms. Try each one.

Hallmark VetOS

Practice management for ambulatory veterinary work

Every location in VetOS is a what3words address, so the record points at the actual farm gate rather than a postcode covering forty hectares or a farmhouse two fields from the horse. The dashboard shows your next case and one button: it plots the route to the gate, works out when you will arrive, offers to tell the client, and sends the message without a word typed. Stuck behind a tractor? Press it again and the client gets an update. Try it.

Fraud-free prescriptions

Two-part veterinary prescriptions in Hallmark VetOS

A written prescription is a piece of paper that can be photographed, edited and presented twice. VetOS splits it in two. The client receives only what they need to place an order: the product, the quantity and the directions, plus a single-use code. When a pharmacy accepts that code it retrieves the full, signed, legally compliant script, and the code is burnt in the same transaction, so a second pharmacy, or the same one a week later, gets nothing. Accept it as the pharmacy, then try to use it again.

FAIR Slides

Reusable learning objects that happen to render as PowerPoint

The thing worth reusing is the content, not the slides. A FAIR Slides session is a folder of Markdown and media with a small block of metadata declaring what it teaches and assesses, versioned in Git like any other source, and a PowerPoint plug-in renders it into a real deck on demand. The same source produces the lesson plan and the assessment, a graph checks that each session delivers the competencies it claims, and when the evidence changes you commit a fix once and every deck that reuses it follows. Edit the source and watch the deck follow.

CrtQ

Quality analysis for examination questions

CrtQ reads a bank of multiple choice items and tells you which ones are doing their job. Biomedical language models flag stems that give the answer away, distractors nobody would choose and near-duplicates across a bank; psychometrics join the picture once candidate data arrives. Pick any option below to see what the analysis says about it.

A 12-year-old Warmblood presents with intermittent, violent head shaking that worsens in bright sunlight. Which is the most appropriate first-line management?

InteraQ

Live audience response for congresses and teaching

A vote in InteraQ is something the room watches happen. Here each option is a culture plate and every vote inoculates a colony: the growth is the tally, so support is read at a glance without a single bar chart. Other renderers walk delegates into division lobbies or set teams pulling on a rope, all built against one message protocol, so a new metaphor is a new file rather than a new product, and a PowerPoint plug-in lets speakers run it from their own deck. Tap a plate to vote.

Unite

A usable front end for the SharePoint and Teams your organisation already pays for

Not-for-profits run on volunteers who have their own businesses, their own tenants and about ten minutes a week for yours. SharePoint is where their documents go to be safe and never seen again. Unite does not replace it; it is a React front end over the same Microsoft 365 tenant that turns the library into a short list of what needs a decision, from whom, by when, with the document itself one tap away. Switch between the two views and tick something off.

Systems built to evolve, not to be renegotiated.

The usual arrangement in veterinary software is a frozen specification, a change request form and a quotation for every enhancement. We think that arrangement is why so many practices run on tools that stopped fitting them years ago. This is what one of our systems looked like over its first year.

0enhancements shipped in year one
0contract renegotiations required

Tell us what is not working.

Start with the problem rather than the software. We will help you see the shape of a solution, and if it is one worth building, we will build it with you and keep building it.
